Centipede's core product — CPL/Opus — is a Postscript Raster Image Processor (RIP) which takes Postscript or PDF source code and renders it as a raster image suitable for printing. It's used by commercial printers around the world. It's complemented by our CPL/Orval vector trapping solution and our CPL/Diatio screening engine.
The RoPS viewer is based on the same core RIP technology as our professional RIP. The viewer is one of our most successful products, typically used by companies to view, on screen, archived Postscript copies of letters sent to their customers.
